$236 plus GST/PST of $28.32, includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and supper, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.
The first ten registrants will receive a $15 gift certificate for Jennie’s Book Garden in Winlaw, BC, a premier local source for books on social justice.

Mail in the registration form below with a cheque for $236 plus $28.32 GST/PST: $264.32.

Youth Scholarships
Five scholarships are available for participants between 18 and 30. Deadline for scholarship applications is April 20, 2012. Scholarships will be awarded by a jury consisting of the Convergence Writers’ Retreat committee. Decision of the judges is final.
To apply by mail:
a) Check the box on the registration form indicating you would like to apply for a youth scholarship.
b) Along with your application, send up to 10 photocopied pages of your writing. Be sure your name and address is on every page. Don’t send originals; submitted material will not be returned.
To apply electronically:
Use the online registration form, checking the box to indicate you would like to apply for a youth scholarship. As well, send to info (at) heartsrest (dot) com by email attachment 10 pages of your writing; put in the subject line: Youth Scholarships. Be sure your name and address is on every page. Send your work in .doc, .docx, or .rtf format only, please.
